We are looking for an Accountant with a completed relevant degree with a minimum of five years experience within a financial environment to provide support and functionality to the organisation as well as administrative and reporting functions.

 Details of the position:

• In – house system support and functionality (maintenance of users / contracts / service fees support and queries
• Administrative functions: Daily integration reconciliation; Stock reconciliation on in-house system;
• Income statement queries; sundry journals as required; Suspense account monitoring; Review bank reconciliations; Hand Figures
• Contract Analysis / Reporting
• Ad hoc tasks: assistance within Admin as required

 Minimum Requirements:

• QUALIFICATIONS: A relevant degree e.g. B.Com (prerequisite)
• EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 5 years’ proven experience within a financial environment
• COMPUTER SKILLS:  High degree of computer literacy
• COMPETENCIES: Client service orientated, problem solving, detail orientation, planning and organising, analytical ability, results orientation, stress tolerance
• DISPOSITION: Excellent interpersonal skills, positive outlook, team player, integrity, accountability, use initiative
