- Responsibility for the following Departments within the HR & Services Department: Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Services (incorporation of logistics, facility services, transportation, production) and travel (ticketing, accommodation and visa)
- Financial responsibility for the whole department.
- Accountable to establish and maintain the strategic workforce plan in order to manage the HR budget.
- Accountable to establish and ensure implementation of a comprehensive IT strategy.
- Ensure effective functioning of Procurement Department and Procurement rules (guidelines).
- Ensure effective functioning of Facility Services, Production, Logistics, travel, accommodation, transportation and facility Management.
- Establish policies and services that promote the vision and culture.
- Managerial oversight of external vendors and suppliers of HR & Services.
- Overall managerial accountability for daily operations of HR & Services for Administration.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- MBA, Economics and or relevant field.
- Proven track record in similar leadership role (minimum 7+ years’ experience).
- Demonstrated experience in managing external suppliers and customers.
- Understanding of business functions, in particular Travel & Accommodation, HR, IT, Facility Services, logistics and Procurement.
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and or French.
