  • Responsibility for the following Departments within the HR & Services Department:        Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Services (incorporation of logistics, facility services, transportation, production) and travel (ticketing, accommodation and visa)
  • Financial responsibility for the whole department.
  • Accountable to establish and maintain the strategic workforce plan in order to manage the HR budget.
  • Accountable to establish and ensure implementation of a comprehensive IT strategy.
  • Ensure effective functioning of Procurement Department and Procurement rules (guidelines).
  • Ensure effective functioning of Facility Services, Production, Logistics, travel, accommodation, transportation and facility Management.
  • Establish policies and services that promote the vision and culture.
  • Managerial oversight of external vendors and suppliers of HR & Services.
  • Overall managerial accountability for daily operations of HR & Services for Administration.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • MBA, Economics and or relevant field.
  • Proven track record in similar leadership role (minimum 7+ years’ experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing external suppliers and customers.
  • Understanding of business functions, in particular Travel & Accommodation, HR, IT, Facility Services, logistics and Procurement.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and or French.
